is there a way to build pages that are not references in the toc

in the past with jb1, I had managed the following, admittedly twisted hack:

• having noticed that by default jb1 would execute and build everything that remotely looks like a notebook
• and given that my repo comes with solutions grossly hidden in a folder starting with a dot
• I had been able to add a cheatcode for teachers to take a quick look at solutions

I'm currently trying to see if/how I can reinstate that under jb2
At first sight if I'm not mistaken, the only missing part is the ability to build the artefacts for the solution notebooks, even though they are not mentioned in the toc

maybe there's already a way to achieve that ?
for example one could envision a scheme where I'd define a toc like this

toc:
  - file: some-notebook.md
  - file: some-solution.md
    hidden: true

would be of great help...

@parmentelat there is a similar open issue here #814 no way to achieve it yet afaik.
