I am facing jaeger_collector_queue_length high? need help to fix these issue?

After reviewing Jaeger's official documentation on jaeger_collector_queue_length, I noticed that the current queue length is at 30%. I'm looking to set up alert rules for jaeger_collector_queue_length. Can you recommend a standard threshold for these metrics? Additionally, in the documentation, they suggest that if the queue length reaches 50%, enabling auto-scaling functionality will address the queue length issue.how to trouble shot these issue further?
