🧠 AI + Mentor Platform Enhancements

• Introduced a new LCAIAgent class and LCBaseAgentRunner for more flexible agentic mentor behavior.
• Added support for dynamic Langchain tool initialization and seamless switching based on tool availability.
• Publicly exposed the guided prompts endpoint and enhanced proactive prompt formatting.
• Added support for file uploads via multipart parsing in mentor templates and views.
• Enabled feature flag to toggle Langfuse tracking in ASGI chat sessions.
• Expanded mentor settings with enable_guided_prompts visibility and enhanced default handling for memory and tool configs.

• Enabled creation of invitations via bulk import for platform courses and programs.
• Introduced support for rendering only non-revoked credentials.
• Improved credential group deletion logic and platform/department filtering.
• Enhanced catalog APIs with enrollment logic, resource visibility improvements, and bulk import utilities.
• Search service updates now clear caches on key model deletions and provide serialized query parameters.

🧾 Open edX + Credentialing Enhancements

• Updated multiple Open edX apps to align with latest SSO and magic link handling.
• Added custom error messaging for missing LTI sessions.
• Improved OAuth-based backend support across the board.
