This week’s platform updates are packed with AI observability enhancements, smarter integrations, media resource upgrades, and smoother frontend UX. Here's what's new across the stack 👇

🧠 AI & Langflow Updates

• Langfuse integration: All LLM calls now use Langfuse callbacks for better observability and tracking.
• Guided prompt upgrades: LLM calls now include session IDs and usernames for smarter data labeling in both Langchain and Langflow.
• Added full course-to-mentor linking via new endpoint.
• Introduced support for Heygen video generation in the AI Marketing namespace.
• Added support for OpenAI & Google search per session, plus ElevenLabs TTS for voice-enabled mentors.
• Langflow updated to latest SDKs (Metal, Astra DB), with updates for flow rendering and better project locking via UV.

💻 Frontend Enhancements

Mentor UI

• Added loading spinner to iframe and improved embed responsiveness.
• Implemented free trial expiry flow and optimized behavior for expired subscriptions.
• Improved prompt container visuals and sidebar behavior.

Skills SPA

• Updated SSO token exchange from POST to GET for iframed courseware.
• Refined tour tooltips and updated global search in Discover.
• Various enhancements to notification rendering and fallback handling.

Analytics SPA

• Moved API base from LMS to DM for domain status retrieval.
• Enhanced team assignment flow and credential visibility.

Shared Components

• Smoothed out program/pathway/course tab rendering.
• Improved admin capability handling and loading state UX.

🗄️ Backend Enhancements

AI Mentor Platform

• Enhanced field validation and proactive prompt detection across models.
• Standardized data flow between AI runners (Langflow, Langchain).
• Improved async data labeling, marketing task organization, and initialization flows.

Media & Catalog

• Media resources can now be linked to multiple entities (e.g., course, unit, resource).
• Improved search & filtering across multi-linked media assets.
• Permission validation and debug logging significantly improved for media endpoints.

Reports & Credentials

• Enhanced credential assignment API with unified pagination and better error handling.
• Support for both COURSECOMPLETED and COURSEPASSED in credential pathways.
• AXD reports now show accurate completion percentages and certificate counts per group.

Catalog & Core

• Added distinct filtering for cross-table queries (user, suggestion, and media).
• Introduced pacing options and phased out deprecated ID usage in catalog models.

🔍 Search & Auth

• Integrated department-based filtering into user search.
• Platform-aware filtering added for skills and roles search endpoints.
• Updated SSO endpoints to support GET and refined session expiry logic.

⚙️ DevOps & CLI

• CLI now supports launching LiveKit calls with call commands.
• Streamlined default XBlock plugin list and updated mount paths for DM containers.
• Removed deprecated components.
