Github 组织下所有仓库自动镜像到 Gitea

背景：gitea 目前支持创建从 github 的镜像（参考俱乐部文章 https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/xkEv_JPPWAJ0sdPAYJRR5A ），但目前只支持单个仓库，我们希望能将 github 下某个组织/账号下的所有仓库都在 gitea 中创建镜像，而不必每次有新建仓库时，都需要在 gitea 中进行仓库设置。

实现：

1. 使用 github api，列出组织/账号下的仓库列表（参考：https://docs.github.com/en/rest/repos/repos?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-organization-repositories ）
2. 使用 gitea api，对 github 中的每个仓库创建镜像仓库（参考：https://www.postman.com/api-evangelist/gitea/request/gt3vnk6/migrate-a-remote-git-repository ）
3. 支持定时自动执行，还需要注意仓库已存在、API 鉴权等方面的处理

编程语言：不限，如shell/python等

网上有相关的需求如 自动将 GitHub 个人仓库批量备份到 Gitea (linux.do)，但这个同步时是先 clone 到本地再 push 到 gitea，我们希望可以利用 gitea 自带的镜像同步能力。如果能找到其他实现，也可以参考。
