What does this mean for HoloISO?

Does this mean HoloISO is discontinued, and I shouldn't use it? Or does this mean the updates are left to Valve? Or something else completely?

Additionally, I'd like to know where's the source code for these new releases. There's a .iso file but no code in the new releases repo.
