One of my previous projects involved developing an end-to-end movie recommendation system aimed at enhancing user experience by providing personalized movie suggestions. I began by collecting and cleaning the dataset, ensuring its accuracy for model training. I then implemented collaborative filtering and content-based algorithms, evaluating their performance using metrics like RMSE and precision. To improve recommendation accuracy, I incorporated user behavior data and movie metadata. The system solved the problem of helping users discover relevant content, reducing decision fatigue and improving engagement. This project not only sharpened my skills in machine learning but also in building scalable, production-ready solutions for real-world applications.
