• Update on in-flight issues Frontend - Update webapp treasury viewer to show Base treasury and multi-sig balances gnars-frontend#21 and Frontend - Update all webapp dependencies to their latest major versions gnars-frontend#18
• Brief discussion on Tech Pod roles that qualify for retro-compensation:
  • Tech Pod Admin: Manages deployments and pull requests (currently assigned to @mulfdev)
  • Project Manager: Run and log meetings, manage communication between Pods and members, create and manage Github issues (current assigned to @bagelface)
  • 1 Gnar/week/role. Distributed from tech party treasury at end of the month with bounty rewards and other retro-compensation.
• Brief discussion on gatekeeping pull requests. What happens if someone goes mad with power?
  • Create a detailed acceptance criteria, style guide, and "code of conduct" to avoid this being an issue.

Yea solid suggestions. Some of these seem to already exist, but there is A LOT of out of date stuff. I feel like a good first step would be to make a bounty for a "cleanup" task to get everything up to date with the current state of things.
