Create a geOrchestra initializer

It would consist of a new repo (maybe georchestra-initializer) which will consist of asking the user the method of deployments:

• Ansible
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Other ...

And then some basic properties to input (default.properties mainly):

• version
• domainName
• instanceName
• ...

Ask which app to add to georchestra instance:

• Mandatory will have their checkboxes enabled and not clickable
• Optionnals can be enabled/disabled

Then the initializer will checkout the correct repo set with correct variables.
