Running Installation Shows 404 Not Found #194

Hi.
I followed the instruction for installation, but when I try to run the web-based installation, I get the error 404 Not Found. Please any insight to this?

Oh please, ignore. It was a small mistake on my part. I didn't set the document root correctly.
