I would love to self host this in a Debian environment.

What do I need to do?

Any other way to self host on Debian?

Hey @mtissington - thanks for bringing up this topic. The original setup script is currently ubuntu specific which allowing for debian as an option was the next step. But also it would be ideal and a better first step to have the setup script generalized as just documentation for each OS flavor (e.g. debian here). I'll see if I can take a stab later this week.
