⛔ Option to remove Top bar V2 panel editor and use previous side bar editor.

Describe the Problem

I don't want to use Editor Top Bar i am comfortable width left side editor.

Propose a Solution

The developers who don't want to use Editor Top Bar should be able to use left side editor as there wan an option in previous version.

Couldn't agree with this more. There isn't anything additionally useful in the top bar at all and it takes up more room than just the side bar, I honestly don't understand why its been implemented at all?
