🔗 Add Post Modified Time dynamic tag (Duplicate of #31612)

Describe the Problem

A common design pattern in 2025 is to show the modified date, instead of the published date, of a post. This is not currently possible to do in the post info widget for lack of a Post Modified Time dynamic tag.

Propose a Solution
