Voice Agent Voice Quality is robotic

We are currently doing a POC with Voice Agent and using Thalia voice. When we hear this in Deepgram website it sounds natural but when we are getting the phone call via twilio we see that voice is very robotic. Are they any settings we need to look at for making the voice more natural.

Here are the required information

1. Currently we are using python as our programming language.
2. Request-id : 9690c36b-e301-4d93-9eef-f7194157f1c5

So basically we are using deepgram voice agent with twillo. We have configured the deepgram setting from the document. But for same text to speech model voice sound is different in web and phone call.
