For Transcription I'm getting request id never received callback and request id in logs

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm experiencing an issue with not receiving a callback for transcription on some of my requests to the https://api.deepgram.com/v1/listen endpoint.
Despite receiving a request ID (67ddeee5-2899-4490-bc71-347d488f52f9) in the response,
I'm unable to locate any corresponding logs in my Deepgram logs, and no call back from Deepgram. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?"
