STT requests stuck in pending state

Hi, We’re running into an issue where some of our STT requests are getting stuck in the “pending” state and never completing.
Not sure what might be causing this — we’d like to understand whether these requests are being processed at all, or if something’s going wrong upstream.
Here are a few request IDs for reference:

1. 4c98eb81-8f55-48c2-9bf0-996aeba0a7d4
2. de370304-4fcc-45ba-a624-91630f68d6fa
3. c8af7e9e-44b9-461a-97bd-70d8fd15c261

Thanks for sharing the request ids. The pending state can mean a few things. It could mean the request has completed and we're still processing your logs, it could mean that the request is in progress (this is often the case for voice agent requests), or in this case it means that you sent empty audio and the websocket closed unexpectedly. I would double check your configuration and make sure you're sending audio properly.
