Concurrent agent Ai conversations(Updated)

Based on documentation for Growth or Pay As You Go Agent API support up to 5 concurrent agent Ai conversations( for the WSS API).
Could you please explain in details how do your system count concurrent requests for agent AI(for the WSS API)?
Is this limit for project or for api key?
How to handle for example 7 concurrent agent api conversations at same period of time?
This question is not related to any programming language.
Need to understand limitation of system
