I have a Twilio to Deepgram STT setup, and I'm running into situations where nova-3 is omitting certain clearly spoken words in the transcript, e.g. the audio clearly has the user saying "three six three", and the transcript events return "three", "three three", but none of the transcript events (interim, final, or otherwise) return "three six three".
I want to debug why this is happening. My first thought is to just make sure that the audio stream that Deepgram is receiving from our end is complete and there's no packet loss. At least then I know it's not a simple transmission issue and may be something inside the nova-3 model. What's the best way to debug this issue? Thanks!
