Support for Eleven Multilingual Models and Arabic Language in Nova-3

Hi Deepgram team,

I'm currently using Deepgram in a production AI voice agent setup and would love to request the following enhancements:

Support for ElevenLabs Multilingual Models
Deepgram is often integrated alongside ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. It would be incredibly useful if Deepgram could better align or support input/output formats optimized for ElevenLabs' multilingual TTS models, especially for real-time AI agent use cases.

Arabic Language Support for Nova-3
The Nova-3 model delivers great transcription accuracy, but Arabic support appears to be missing or limited. Arabic is a critical language for many regions and industries. Adding robust support for it in Nova-3 would significantly expand Deepgram’s utility for global developers.

Looking forward to your consideration. I’d be happy to share real-world use cases and test feedback if needed.
