Diarization not working

I'm having issues with diarization for your nova2 and nova3 models. I can't get a recorded call audio file to show speaker names. I even turned it on in your api playground, uploaded file, yet no diarization. Looking for some help. Seems like such a straightforward setting to turn on, so not sure what I'm doing wrong.
