Is this multi-OS service library of any use to DDEV?

I know that ddev is just a binary that we call, but i just came across this Go library that helps to create services across windows, linux and mac. I have seen various issues here recently related to changing Windows stuff, so thought it might be of interest. Feel free to close this if it is of no use!

DDEV's "service" is the Docker provider, so I don't think that would be something we'd want to muck with, since there are so many permutations.
