Cloudflared Add-on

It would be great if the DDEV add-on supports cloudflared, a zero trust service by Cloudflare.

I already made one. It's somewhat kludgy but it works well. I've left lots of issues open with ideas for improvements - most notably moving to a docker-based version. There's even a cloudflare tunnel +traefik tool out there that automatically updates tunnels etc based on traefik routes.
