DDEV Testing Resources discussion

At the last Advisory Group meeting I promised to do a little screencast talking about testing resources, especially Mac and Linux, so here you go:

We have about 14 mac and Windows machines running tests every time a PR or push happens. That's a lot... but laptops aren't the most efficient machines, and it's a good conversation to have about what we should be investing in for the future.
