Which VS Code extension do you use to design and develop databases?

I need something that allows me to draw database tables and relationships between them, specifying individual columns (or fields) and maybe even translate everything into standard sql, I don't need to directly manage the Power i's native data types.
To your knowledge, what could I use in VS Code?
