Changing organization name to Code4i

Hey all!

We have decided to change the organization name to 'Code4i' and replace Halcyon Tech (halcyon-tech).

You will see this appear on GitHub and on the Visual Studio Code Marketplace. Note that our extensions will still have to have halcyontechltd in it there, so that will not change.

There will likely be some breakage of documentation links, git remotes and such, but we hopefully won't be making this change again.
