There's clearly something weird going on with that installation of Go on Windows.

module github.com/charmbracelet/bubbles@latest found (v0.20.0), but does not contain package github.com/charmbracelet/bubbles/list

As you can see, the bubbles version 0.20.0 clearly contains the list package.

We tested this on Windows 2022 Server Edition (SE) in PowerShell, installing Atmos with go install, and were not able to reproduce.
