Can't see pixel size in DICOM files

I cannot see the pixel spacing in the DICOM files exported from Clarius Cloud. When I load these images into 3D Slicer, the default pixel spacing is 1mm x 1mm, which is definitely not correct. If I try to use the dicominfo command in MATLAB, PixelSpacing doesn't even show up as a category in the information given. How can I find the correct pixel spacing?

If pixel spacing is not a provided parameter, then how do I find pixel size?

you will need to look at DICOM tags (0018, 602c) and (0018, 602e)
