Adopt knuxify's musl-locales Polish patch?

Read the title. It has licensing problems, but we could add the additional license to the template. Here is my template. I changed the version number, description, and the license. Here are screenshots:


EDIT: Some work is needed to make musl-locales load the /etc/locale.conf file.
