Why did screenshots suddenly stop working on some PC's?

I have about 20 people using cattr in my organization, its been seamless other than a few bugs I've noticed since October 2023.

Suddenly two weeks ago two people are having issues with screenshots syncing, on the server I have the sad face. Everyone else's screenshots are working, this is occurring on 2 PC's, and no Mac's.

I have not upgraded the cattr server since October 2023 and everyone says they are using the latest version of cattr, what is wrong? Can I just have them install an old version of Cattr from Oct 2023 on the user side, I dont have any need to continue to upgrade the server as it works for my needs.

Yes, latest version version of desktop app (v3.0.0-RC14), will work with server v4.0.0-RC48 and up.

You can download old version v3.0.0-RC12 from here.
