Does self-hosted Blockscout support custom public tags?

Hello, we're running a self-hosted Blockscout as the main explorer for our network. Is there some way that we can enable the UI with which users can request public tags?

From the Blockscout blog:

Public tags are visible to everyone on the Explorer. Many tags are imported automatically by Blockscout as metadata. However, individuals can also submit public tags. Blockscout manages these through an admin interface, and they are added by submitting a request. A Blockscout moderator reviews each request before it is accepted or denied.

Is the admin interface part of self-hosted instances or is that internal to Blockscout? If the latter, is there some way we can work around this limitation to support custom public tags?
