Tracking Issue

A new one from our annotation team:

"Since yesterday morning I cannot track any annotations as biigle gives me the error "You already have 10 object tracking jobs running. Please wait for one to finish until you submit a new one.” (see screenshot). I have no objects tracking, and nothing has fixed this even when my attempts allowed my biigle account to ‘reset’ itself in terms of my favourites list and such.
I’ve tried:
Logging out and back in.
Clearing my cache/cookies/history.
Switching browsers (chrome and safari).
Restarting my computer.
Reviewing all clips I completed yesterday to ensure no tracking jobs were running."

I will add that I have run a point annotation tracking and I don't get the same error. The project is here FYI: https://biigle.de/projects/3034

Thanks. I have identified an issue that could have caused the problem you describe (#1086). It can occur if new tracking annotations are deleted before the tracking job had a chance to start. This would increment the counter of concurrent tracking jobs but not decrement it again. For now, I have reset the counter for the affected user, so they can create tracking annotations again.
