Standard Setup Template Deployment must be refined

The Template for the Standard Deployment must be optimized.

For example, even short project names like project-agent-demo lead to errors when creating role assignments:

cosmos-account-role-assignments-project-agent-demo-6kt3-deployment

This assignment is 66 characters long. That will lead mostly to issues like this one.

Another issue is the following one.

I'm simply not able to deploy the template.
