Foundry Agent Playground: server_error Sorry, something went wrong

I keep seeing this error... I don't know why it happens and how to fix...

Hi @Hyunduck-Hwang - can you share more information of your setup - it looks like your using the Agent service in the Agent playground, connecting to a gpt-4o model and this is a new setup with little customization? is that correct. I haven't bee able to reproduce the error with the same experience - any extra details you can share on how you got to where you are could help us pinpoint why you might be seeing this

Some areas to explore:

• when you deployed the base model, what deployment type are you using? Global Standard is always a good place to start
• when using agent service check you Tokens Per Minute on the model deployment also - you can change these, I tested with the default global standard 4o setting at 100K TPM

Hello, yes I deploy the GPT-4o and GPT-4.1-mini as GlobalStandard. Rate Limit is 100K TPM.
I created Agent with python code and I got the error. So I tested again in the Web (Agent Playground).
Agent setting was default.
It was server issue it seems...Here is the yesterday log I got.
