Request for Permission to Localize and Share "AI Agents for Beginners" Course

Dear Microsoft and Azure Team,
My name is Leo Yang from an AI community in China. I am writing to you directly as the leaders behind the excellent "AI Agents for Beginners" course(https://github.com/microsoft/ai-agents-for-beginners). We have been following the project on GitHub and are incredibly impressed with its quality and educational value.
We believe this course would be immensely beneficial to the developer community in China. To make it more accessible, we would like to request your permission to translate and share the course materials within our community.
Our plan is as follows:
Host on our AI community: We intend to feature the course in the learning center of our platform.
Localize Content: We plan to translate the course's text-based materials into Chinese. For the video content, we will add both Chinese and English subtitles without making any other alterations to the original videos.
Share Localized Project: We will also share a Chinese-localized version of the companion GitHub project for learners to use.
Our primary goal is to make this valuable educational content available to a broader Chinese-speaking audience, fostering learning and innovation in the field of AI.
Regarding compliance, we want to be very clear about our commitment:
We have carefully reviewed the MIT License under which the project is released. We assure you that we will strictly adhere to all its terms. All our derivative works will prominently include the original copyright notice and a copy of the MIT License text.
Furthermore, we are fully aware of the importance of brand integrity. We will scrupulously follow Microsoft's official Trademark and Brand Guidelines. Any use of the Microsoft name or logos will be purely for attribution purposes as required by the license and will not imply any endorsement or official partnership.

Any contributions and sharing with your local AI Community is very much welcomed and we are excited to see how you can upskill developers using the content

regarding translations - we do use co-op translator (https://github.com/Azure/co-op-translator) to create this course and imagery in +40 different languages with a few options for Chinese language listed here: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/foundry/announcing-the-browser-automation-tool-preview-in-azure-ai-foundry-agent-service/

these translations run every time we update or make changes to the content automatically, however please submit PRs to the content any places where the standard of translation is not good quality. This may remove a lot of the work you were planning to do to share with your local developers
