Hi @NektariosFifes ! I was wondering if you had a look at Microcks.io (on https://github.com/microcks organization)? Don't know what you have in mind in details but Microcks seems to cover some of your concerns:

I am planning to use the simulator in order to make a cross platform desktop application for testing the reliability of asynchronous backend systems. The application will ask for a asyncApi file to function. With the asyncApi being the source of truth for the backend system that needs to be tested, the application will provide a UI for defining complex testing scenarios as well as send requests to individual channels for protocols such as mqtt kafka .etc .
