• Would be great to have a prospectus like https://events.linuxfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/sponsor-ASC-2021-062821.pdf
• Makes sense to do sponsorship of Hackathon and Conference separate + extra sponsor tier for company that sponsors both and therefore has a kind of discount
• Philosophy here is the same as last year (example). Be always transparent with what we do. It means we are not only clear what you get for sponsoring but also how we spend every single penny

• High visibility in the AsyncAPI community. Recording of the last conference from 22 of April 2020:
  • Until today it noted 4450 views
  • During the stream we had an average of 200 visitors that converted in total in a bit less than 1000 views

Platinum - $ 5 000

• Display sponsor logo before each presentation on the event platform

Silver - $ 1 000

• Logo presence on the Hackathon and Conference website, event platform, attendee welcome email, open collective dedicated event fundraising.
• Featured tweet and LinkedIn update from official AsyncAPI accounts mentioning a sponsor

I have a suggestion:

Big part of funds will go to event marketing that will convert to higher visibility of the sponsors

How about putting an approximate percentage of the money to be invested in marketing? This is an important point for sponsors and I think offering more concrete data makes it more attractive.

right! if we manage to collect $40000 and we think about $10000 too marketing then basically 25% is what we put on marketing
