We're removing OSGi from Apiman in 2.1

Limited support for OSGi was contributed several years ago, but has not been actively maintained for a long time.

From what we can tell, nobody is actually using Apiman plus OSGi, and several areas were never fully fleshed out.

In Apiman 2.1 we plan to remove it. As it was only ever in a preview state and does not appear to be used by anyone, we are not going to increment a major release for this change.
