Adonis 5 fails on PM2 restart

It's been a while since I added a feature to our Adonis5 web application.

Pulled the new code (simple change to a view).

Node ace build --production
cd build
npm ci --production
node server.js

Get this error

Exception: E_MISSING_ENV_VALUE: Missing environment variable "HOST"

My .env file is in the root looks like this

PORT=3333
HOST=0.0.0.0
NODE_ENV=production
APP_KEY=xxxxxxx //The correct app ksy is there

Any suggestions on making this work again?

Also tried pm2 start ecosystem.config.js
