Docs about checkpointing, sources and mesh parallelism

Hi,

Do you have checkpointing like Revolve available in specfem? Also, do you have any documentation for wave sources and mesh parallelization?

I think to run the wave sources in parallel, I have to set NUMBER_OF_SIMULTANEOUS_RUNS > 1 . I tried it, but I have the error:

 must not have IMAIN == ISTANDARD_OUTPUT when NUMBER_OF_SIMULTANEOUS_RUNS > 1 otherwise output to screen is mingled.  Change this in specfem/setup/constant.h.in and recompile.

NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.
