Steal Mech's Summer Game Idea

Seeing @ahsohn's post in the mech channel gave me the idea that we could do something similar within software, especially now that we have sim working. @VMFortress if you're up for it, you or I could design challenges meant to teach WPILib based skills(Command composition, writing autos, working with Photonvision) and release them throughout the summer.

I'm thinking we could also have each challenge have a corresponding Github discussion to motivate people to ask questions and share their code through the system to get used to it.

I have been thinking about this as I think it's a good idea. I want to make challenges people feel comfortable working on at their existing level of understanding.
