The channels rn are just the default ones. Does anyone want us to add more topic centric channels? Any other types of channels?

I honestly didn't realize those were modifiable. I think it would be good to change those to something more applicable to us.

Honestly, I'm on the fence for topic centric channels. On the one hand, we can already filter by topic, so it's not really necessary, but on the other, it gives more clean delineation of different topics. Do we want the redundancy? This will also factor in in the future if we ever want to have topic specific projects. In that scenario. it might just be best to remove the topic labels and just have the different projects and discussion channels.
