Errorno: -4058, while setting up the project

I'm not being able to run the code. I'm getting following error.

I tried following this by reading earlier dicussions:

npm update mysql2

and
moved the .env files to login-system.

just remove the commented part in the .env file(the commenting convention is different) its usage # for comment and its used // that's why its giving error
Just clear these comments
