Some questions about the Youtube Music patches

Hi, new to the discussions - is there a way to carry over some features from the main Youtube patches to the Music app?

There's been some parts of the app that used to not be an issue in the older versions like the samples button, no option to disable landscape mode, and no option to customise the app icon in the patches.

I've seen issues for these, with some earmarked for the mainline build but it's not happened - I didn't want to submit this to the issues section since it's mentioning things already posted, but I would like to ask about it as these things weren't a problem in the Vanced version and it would do a lot to help the quality of the app.

YouTube Music does not get much love because there are not enough active developers who want to spend their personal time creating/improving patches.

Anyone is free to create new patches for YT Music and request to merge the changes.

I see, thanks for getting back to me. Yeah, it just seems odd with how similar it is to the main Youtube app to not carry over the same patches like the custom branding option.
Would like to mention it in the issues section to show that people care about the app and want things addressing, but it would probably be taken down as a duplicate of things already mentioned.

Its not a lack of interest in adding features.

It's a lack of people willing to spend their personal time to add such features
