FreeBSD 14 support

I am inclined to do this in the near future:

1. Publish a new set of FreeBSD 13 packages (used for FreeBSD 13 and 14)
2. Drop FreeBSD 12 from the FreeBSD's ravensys root package
3. Bring in FreeBSD 14 as the primary variant for the FreeBSD's ravensys root package
4. Publish FreeBSD 14 packages (used for FreeBSD 14 and 15 when it comes out)
5. Drop FreeBSD 12 packages from the repository (ancient, ravensw based. FreeBSD 12 eol for nearly 3 years)
6. FreeBSD 13 is EOL April 2026. There will probably be packages built until the end of 2026, but infrequently
7. FreeBSD 14 packages will be published much more regularly than we've currently seen after the initial release

so I was wrong. I called them FreeBSD 12 packages, but they were FreeBSD 13 packages using ravensw. I just removed them.

So this is basically accomplished.

I did confirm the freebsd-only phenomenon of ravenadm tasks "freezing" is still happening.
It's definitely a freebsd-only issue. It could be that fork is not returning immediately. I was thinking it's thread related but now I'm thinking it's centered around ravenexec c routine. all platforms are using using the same code.

this is probably ticking some freebsd kernel bug. Unfortunately we've seen it in both FreeBSD 13 and 14.

anyway, FreeBSD 14 package set is complete and ready to use.
