Qelm Theoretical is a much more advanced version of Qelm with sub-bit encoding and Grovers Alg. among many new additions.
Qelm is kept together in one code state to help decrease AI integration for coding from outside interference. The only AI coding used is for Tkinker UI and mathematical implementations to ensure compatibility.
