How does prism launcher store internal themes?

I want to make a dark version of the "Windows 9x" included theme. But I can't for the life of me find the color definitions for it. If no one knows where it is, can you tell me what format the colors are stored in, hsl, hwb, oklch, rgb, etc.

Here is a theme that uses the windows 9x theme with the dark theme colours:
Windows 9x Dark.zip
If that's not what you want you can modify it
If you want a colour from somewhere else... quick and easy just to screenshot it and copy the colour from there

But where are those themes stored, are they inserted in the build process?

The Windows 9x theme is built into Qt itself.
