Model validation

Currently, the package KiteModels provides the following models:

• KPS3 (one point model)
• KPS4 (four point kite + KCU model)
• KPS5 (five point model, using the vortex step method) (work-in-progress)
• RamAirKite

The KPS3 and KPS4 model were validated using the Hydra kite from TU Delft in 2012.
The KPS4 model was also validated with a large LEI kite in 2024, but the data of this validation is not (yet) publicly available.

Next steps:

• validation of the KPS5 model, using the 25 m² from TU Delft. Of this kite, a lot of data is available. We (U. Fechner & Roland Schmehl) are looking for an (aerospace) student, who would be interested to do this in the context of the "Honours" program of TU Delft.
• validation of the RamAirKite model. This is planned for the second half of 2025, using practical tests.

I would like to validate the SymbolicAWEModel with the LEI kite from Delft as well.
