Badge guidelines for new projects

When you include Shields.io badges in a repository README they should be in the "Project Information" section and separated roughly into two groups, maintainer-provided project metadata and external monitoring by a Monitoring Organization (MO).

• Choose an appropriate logo for each badge given the MO brand guidelines (if applicable) from Simple Icons.
• If no logo is available or appropriate given the MO brand guidelines then use the name of the MO and a label background appropriate given the MO brand guidelines.
• TIP: You can use base64-encoded *.svg logo icons on shields.io with some limitations. Defer to MO brand guidelines for usage rights.
