How to get json-format-tx-detail by txhash

I want to get tx detail by hash, I can use the api as I sued in cosmos chain like
http://nilchain-rpc.nillion.network/cosmos/tx/v1beta1/txs/0x29798DE95C363FE0ED80F56FBC1DA327CD57B1AED788956BAE37DD57A3CD42DE
but I can use the base api to get tx detail
http://nilchain-rpc.nillion.network/tx?hash=0x29798DE95C363FE0ED80F56FBC1DA327CD57B1AED788956BAE37DD57A3CD42DE
,for use this api, I can get a base64-encoded tx detail, how can I get the json tx detail?
