oneOf in encrypted fields

hi :)
im trying to allow users to optionally encrypt a field, and i'd like to be able to use SecretDataAnalytics over both encrypted and non-encrypted responses. is that possible?
either using oneOf:

        "oneOf": [
          {
            "type": "integer"
          },
          {
            "type": "object",
            "properties": {
              "$share": {
                "type": "string"
              }
            },
            "required": [
              "$share"
            ]
          }
        ]
      }

or by targeting more than one schema in a query?

• The use of oneOf you're suggesting will indeed work, we tested it and it appears to be fine at least for encryption for storage. Note that if you're intending to do aggregations on encrypted data (only sum available atm), that could be trickier if the schema is not consistent.
• You can have cross-schema queries/aggregations using $lookup
